5 superstar players who do not get enough playing time at their club this season (2020/21)

It's not easy to play 11 players in a match, however, decisions have to be made, and certain players have to be dropped especially at bigger clubs, where competition for top position is high, this problem can be worse.

Some players tend to perform well when given a chance, but find themselves on the bench for the next game or in the next season and this affects their zeal to continue playing

This season have had it that a lot superstar players are having issues with enough game time and this is making them lose interest in their team or their time doesn't have time to put them in the game.

With that, let's take a look at 5 superstars players who do not get enough playing time at their club this season.

5. Isco from Real Madrid:

This season, though, Isco has made just 18 league appearances for Real Madrid, with only six of them being starts. He has not recorded a goal or an assist this season.

So bad for him!

4. Miralem Pjanic from Barcelona:

Miralem Pjanic is a squad player at Barcelona but he now experience limited minutes in recent matches for his current club this season.

Pjanic has made just 17 appearances in La Liga this season, out of which six appearances have been starts of the season.

3. Dele Alli from Tottenham Hotspur:

If you are a football fan, you will notice that Mourinho barely use Dele Alli in this seasons matches. It's somehow affecting Dele Alli but it seems he would move to another club to sake for greener pastures.

Dele has made just nine appearances in the league this season, starting on only two games.

2. Donny van de Beek from Manchester United:

Currently, Donny van de Beek is struggling to get going in this season Premier League matches in his club.

Van de Beek stats in Champions League!

We all know that Manchester United paid Ajax £35 million to sign Van de Beek last summer and since then he has barely been featured in Manchester United games this season with just two starts.

1. Aymeric Laporte from Manchester City:

Aymeric Laporte has barely played this season despite been known as one of the best centre-backs in the league last season and he is now the third-choice centre-back at Manchester City.

So disappointing that the amazing performances of John Stones and Ruben Dias have constituted in Laporte having limited game time and sometimes been benched.

Laporte has made just 12 starts in the Premier League for Manchester City this season.
