Bread is processed in factories with white flour, sugar and salt which makes it dangerous to consume regular. And tea is also made with sugar and artificial sweeteners. See the conditions below;

1. High blood pressure

A condition characterized by high blood pressure, medically referred to as hypertension, arises when the human body's blood pressure is abnormally high. When someone has hypertension, they're often told to consume things like beans, fruits, and vegetables since they'll assist lower their blood pressure. Bread and tea, with their high sugar content, can also have an adverse effect on blood pressure.

2. Stomach ulcer

Another common medical ailment that affects people is stomach ulcers. Because healing takes time and medication, there don't appear to be any specific foods that hasten healing or minimize the likelihood of ulcers. However, many foods may aggravate the stomach and lead to an ulcer if consumed regularly. Experts also say that items like bread and tea can contribute to ulcers. If you have a stomach ulcer, you should avoid drinking coffee, tea, and eating bread.

3. Diabetes

You should not eat bread and tea if you have been diagnosed with diabetes. Even medical professionals always advise those with diabetes to avoid this particular dish. Many white wheat and sugar-containing diets are linked to diabetes. According to the World Health Organization, diabetes is one of the top five killers. Avoid bread and tea if you already have diabetes to keep your sugar and insulin levels in check.
