Stand straight and keep the dumbbell to your side, raise your leg directly out to your side allowing the weight to rest on your side. Slowly return and keep the process.

Another one is lie down on your side then raise your head slightly up and support it with your hand. Place one of your leg on top of the other, raise your leg as high as you can. Pause at the top and slowly return to the starting position.

The third one is squatting. Stand upright and fold your arms as if you're about to recite the lords prayer. Open your leg wider a bit. Bend your knees and push your hips back as if you are about to sit on a chair, go down and up continuously. Return to the starting position and keep the process.
