Laliga returns after the international break and all football fans are eyeing on what the changes done by the spanish club will produce. Barcelona who used to be on top of their game in the past seasons are now at position 9 and eleven points from Real Sociedad. Something unusual depending on the clubs history.

Xavi Hernandez was appointed as the new manager of the club and all eyes are on him. Fans would like to see what the new manager and legend will do for the club. His first game will be a derby against Espanyol on Saturday as he awaits Benfica three days later. Barcelona will have to do their best not to miss out on round 16 of the champions league come Tuesday. Barca rivals Real Madrid are far much above them by 10 points already despite loosing some games.

With the likes of Ansu Fati who has proven to be a baller lately wearing no. 10 left by Lionel Messi, Xavi has a real job to do inorder to go back to the top position as fans will be expecting some good results if all goes well. Xavi now their manager was once a great Midfielder in Barcelona back in his days. The arrival of Dani Alves too has given fans a new light and some rays of hope.

I'm completely aware of the challenge that I have in front of me and the pressure that being Barcelona manager holds, but I'm doing it with eagerness, hope and desire," Xavi said.

"It's not about only winning. It's winning with style, playing well, dominating. This is Barcelona's DNA. We have to bring it back."

Will Barcelona under Xavi be better than any other form they have been in? The results are yet to show this weekend.
