The kidney disease has been counted as one of the chronic diseases that kills humans around the world today . It's a small bean shaped organ that has powerful and important functions in the body. They are responsible for filtering waste products, releasing hormones that regulate blood pressure, balancing fluids in the body and many other essential tasks. The diabetes and high blood pressure are the most common risk for kidney disease. Obesity, smoking, genetics, gender, and age can also increase this risk.

 To avoid dehydration, one has to drink a very good amount of water (preferably 7 to 8 glass of water). According to medical experts, Alkaline water is also preferable (T. S). It serves as a natural kidney cleansers.
