The South Gauteng High Court has struck the court case seeking to stop the ANC Gauteng conference, off the roll. Presiding Judge, Motsamai Makume, heard arguments from both the ANC and its member, Jabulani Sithole, who wanted the conference interdicted. The judge says the applicant failed to make out a case for urgency.

"These people want to govern yet they are fighting. It's crazy!"

"Zuma is confused. He is the one who set up the commission and appointed Zondo, but he is now complaining about it and him," so say the cunning and the gullible ones without giving all the information which prompted him to do so.

They deliberately or ignorantly omit the fact that JZ challenged Madonsela's recommendation that the chairperson of the commission must be chosen by the then Chief Justice, Mogoeng Mogoeng saying it was not in line with the constitution. However, on 14 December 2017, Judge Mlambo dismissed his court application and ordered him to set up the commission within 30 days. Had he defied that instruction, he would have been charged with contempt of court. He didn't stop there; he appealed the judgement. This was like what in football is called "Playing under protest."

After his resignation as state president, CR took over and abandoned the appeal application. This is verifiable information.

So, please, stop misleading the nation.

The other incomplete narrative by his detractors is that JZ appointed Zondo as deputy chief justice and stopped there. They don't add that he engaged the JSC before he did so.

Here is proof. "
