The Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram, Samuel Nartey George, has been ordained as an elder of the Perez Chapel International.

He was ordained by the Presiding Bishop of the church, Charles Agyinasare last Sunday.

The outspoken MP made his new role in a Facebook post.

"I pray for greater grace to serve the LORD with all that is within me. May our sacrifice remain a sweet-smelling fragrance before the Most High."
