Agona Swedru in the central region of Ghana gets good news as one of the town's biggest issues has been solved.
This comes after one of their main bridges which is popularly known as London Bridge which connects various sub areas has been fixed with a new construction of it.
The bridge is a walkover of the 'Akora' river in the town. It links sub areas like Sawmills, Texaco, Mahodwe, Office and other areas.
Residents in the area are grateful to the government for such a wonderful work done for them. In this raining season, the bridge has made it possible for residents to cross the river without any difficulties.
The old bridge was in bad shape which even looked like a death trap.
