Many have said that, the black man's actions look outrageous: full of "pull-him-down" syndromes; whereby some unscrupulous persons wouldn't want to see the progress of others. Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah served as the Minister for Information during President Nana Akufo-Addo's first term of office.
In his tenure of office as the Minister, Ghanaians in general including most Politicians (whether NPP or NDC) commended him for his excellent deliveries during national addresses; especially during the Lockdowns in COVID-19 pandemic.
The then Joy Fm presenter has shown mastery in his field of service, and some of these things make him too good to be rejected.
Appointed Ministers by the president are being vetted. The news reaching the media has it that, the minority has rejected Kojo Oppong Nkrumah because of one or two issues, that has to do with him sending another politician to the Supreme Court.
This is no issue at all to make the minority reject him. This is simply because a lot of people do same. To some extent, it seems that the minority is just not comfortable that Kojo Oppong Nkrumah is going to be the Information Minister. If not, then they should have even recommended him before the President's appointment.
Sometimes, when people attain mastery in their field of service and they even do something bad, those bad things are sometimes ignored. Maybe the minority should ignore the charges against him and just consider him because of his qualities.
Many people have expressed their concerns about the rejection of Kojo Oppong Nkrumah by the minority. Some believe that the accusation from the Minority is not that valid, whiles others are of the view that, even if the Minister has done something wrong, because of his skill and mastery in this office, he should be allowed.
Kojo Oppong is a great asset to the country and Ghana can't just reject him because of a trivial issue. Ghanaians really love him and the minority should be considerate; at least to favor the interest of Ghanaians in general.
