1. Consuming too much sugar, eating too many sweet can damage brain. It can damage your memory and ability to think.
2. Playing loud music with headphones, people naturally turn to crank up the volume when listening to music . Because it makes the music sound more fun and immersive. If you like listening to music at a very high volume with your headphones, you should stop doing it because it can damage your brain and earing .
3. Lack of sleep, not getting enough sleep damages your brain. The brain needs to rest for about seven to eight hours to function properly during the day. If the brain does not get enough rest, it can result in several issue such as Depression, Daytime Drowsiness and Impaired Memory.
