The Member of Parliament for the Kpone Katamanso Constituency, Joseph Nii Laryea Afotey Agbo, has advised that the students from universities need to stand by the ideals of the June 4th uprising to shape them to run the affairs of the country.
Joseph Nii Laryea Afotey Agbo made this statement as a panelist on "THE KEYPOINTS' on TV3 this morning, June 5th, 2021, when he gave his opinion on June 4th uprising and its relevance in contemporary Politics.
According to him, students from the universities must be directed to do their services with the military because that's the institution that we can boast of as having royalty and genuineness.
"Our students are going to take a position in this country in the future. I've seen many of them who are very brilliant, but they need to stand by the ideals of the June 4th so that they won't only look at money, but the development of our country." - he said
He added that the comfort of the people of Ghana should be the priority of the youth, especially the students who will run the affairs of the country in the future.
