Panic as a Secondary School Faces Closure by The Government

The government is determined to have schools strictly adhere to the set moral standards.Students have ended up in police cells for breaking the rules.Third term had seen many students become frequent visitors to the police cells after being apprehended for burning schools' dormitories.The government went a head and promised to keep their records for future references but this did not deter them from this criminal act.

The KCSE exams are going on.This is the major week for the exams.Today,the students have done their CRE and History papers.This has seen some students who do seven subjects begin travelling home after successfully completing their long awaited national exams.

Last week saw students from Anestar Bahati Boys Secondary school in Lanet Nakuru hit the headlines.The students stormed the neighbouring Anestar Precious Girls secondary school on Thursday night with unknown motives.Ten boys got arrested over this issue.This happened at a time when the same form four students are doing their exams.The government has been investigating the matter.There is panic as the ministry of education is set to make a decision on whether the boys' school will be closed or not.If this happens,then this would be a setback to teachers,parents and students at large.
