Visionaryicon

Covid-19 broke out in Wuhan, China from where it spread maliciously to the whole world forcing countries to put in place stringent measures to control it.

İt took a longer time to look for the Covid-19 vaccine and by now the Astrazeneca vaccine and more others are used in the world to help prevent the deadly virus.

According to COVAX which supplies vaccines, Kenya will be forced to wait longer for the second dose of AstraZeneca vaccine because of lower production rate among other reasons.

Malawi's ministry of health have destroyed expired doses of AstraZeneca vaccine against WHO directive not to destroy the doses citing their reasons that in history of Malawi they had never used expired vaccines and the vaccines if used in their expired state can compromise the health of Malawi people.

Elsewhere, United states of America through their president Joe Biden have promised to supply more than 80million Covid-19 vaccines with the AstraZeneca to be supplied in surplus because it has not been approved for use in the country. Other vaccines to be supplied are; Moderna, Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson.
