US Vs Russia: Tension As Joe Biden & Putin Exchange Words

The polity is tensioned as presidents Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin engage in a war of mouth over alleged interference of US 2020 presidential election.

Joe Biden in an interview with ABC News host, George Stephanolopoulos, he said that he believes President Putin of Russia is a “killer” and that he will “pay” for interfering in the 2020 election.

In a US intelligence report, it said that Putin likely authorized influence operations aimed at promoting then-President Donald Trump and discrediting Biden’s candidacy.

So in response to the findings, Biden said that “Puting will pay a price”.

Joe Biden in the interview with ABC News, said that he had a “long chat” with Putin and that “the price he will pay you will see shortly”.

When asked whether he thinks Russian President is a “killer,” Biden repulsed: “I do.”

However, Russian President Vladimir Putin in a press conference, fired back at Joe Biden’s accusation, saying that “it takes a killer to know one”.

During the televised videoconference celebrating the anniversary of Russia’s 2014 annexation of Crimea, Putin said that he wishes his American counterpart “good health” and that Moscow would continue to work with Washington in areas of common interest.
