Kieran Tierney has been surprised with a young Arsenal teammate's ability and admits he enjoys playing with him for the side.
Emile Smith Rowe has been the Scottish favourite player and after playing with him on the left side against Tottenham Hotspurs, Tierney believes the young gunner is up for some great time at the club.
The 20 year old was given a starting berth on the left wing in the absence of club captain, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who was benched for having disciplinary issues. He combined well the former Celtic man and caused all kinds of troubles for Mat Doherty.
Although the former RB Leipzig man prefers playing in the number 10 role, Mikel Arteta has always favoured Martin Odegaard in the position. He however made a great impact in his new adopted position in the North London derby.
"I think he’s amazing, what a player honestly. I think you could see how much I enjoyed to play with him as well the other day. I linked up well with him I thought there was a good understanding and off the pitch as well he’s a great guy, a humble guy and he will go very far." Tierney said about Emile in an interview with Metro Sports after the NLD game.
He added that the midfielder is very humble of the pitch and tips him to go far in his football career.
