This will see some of the teams play their last but very crucial matches which will decide their fate in next season’s Champions League or Europa League football participation. We will take a look at some of the teams that are most likely to win tomorrow.
Eintracht Frankfurt vs Paderborn.
Frankfurt comes into this game as favourites when they host Paderborn. The visitors have already been relegated so they have nothing crucial to play for in this fixture.
Frankfurt side has had a breakthrough in the last few games, winning four in the last six. The team has witnessed a high scoring record this season, scoring a total of 56 goals in 33 fixtures. This side has also won twelve out of the 33 matches, scoring at least three goals in ten of the wins.
The already-relegated Paderborn side has won just four times this season, managing a total of 20 points. This team has lost four of the last five matches. Their defence has been poor this season, conceding a total of 71 goals. So we see a Frankfurt win in this game.
Augsburg vs RB Leipzig.
Augsburg managed to avoid relegation by obtain positive results in their last few games. Their last 8 matches have seen them win two, draw three and lose three. These results gave them enough points to avoid relegation.
RB Leipzig comes into this game to battle it out for Champions League spot. This team sits third in the league but in competition for Champions League spot with Bayern Leverkusen and Borussia Monchengladbach. So a lose in this fixture for Leipzig will not serve them right.
Leipzig’s results have been good, losing just four games this season. This side has seen a good scoring record this season. It has also won the last three games, scoring a total of 11 goals in those wins. The team’s away results have been positive, so a win for RB Leipzig is more likely.
Bayern Leverkusen vs Mainz 05.
Bayern Leverkusen is in the race for Champions League qualification. They are fifth in the league, two points behind the fourth-placed team. Leverkusen must defeat Mainz and hope that Hertha Berlin will do them a favour by defeating their top-four rivals B.Monchengladbach. So we feel that Leverkusen will put in everything to win against Mainz.
