More than four thousand took part in the short poll which saw Raila Odinga, William Ruto, Musalia Mudavadi and Gideon Moi compete.
Deputy President William Ruto turned out to be the favourite as he garnered 63 per cent of the votes, followed by Raila Odinga with 28 per cent, Musalia Mudavadi came in third with 5 per cent and Gideon Moi finishing in fourth with 3 per cent of the votes.
The popularity of Deputy President William Ruto is being felt throughout the country which has made him the favorite, while Raila Odinga who is yet to announce his bid gets him closer to Ruto, but this is not the final vote.
