Tope Alabi has finally come out to say 'sorry' to Adeyinka Alaseyori, for faulting her song 'Oniduro mi'.
Recall that some days ago, Tope alabi had called out Adeyinka publicly for referring to God as a guarantor in her song 'Oniduro mi', and this got a lot of reactions from Nigerians.
According to Tope Alabi she was once directed by the spirit not to use the song 'Oniduro' in her worship. And though, it was supposed to be a personal matter, she brought it out to the public.
Tope Alabi realising and owning up to her mistake, took it upon herself to render an apology to Adeyinka. She said she was extremely sorry for her actions. She also acknowledged that she's not perfect as she's just a mere mortal with her own weaknesses.
In her words, she said:
"I'm not perfect, I'm still a work in progress in the hands of God. I want people to see me as a mere mortal with my own weaknesses, human frailties, and as a learner in the limitless knowledge of God".
"Let me acknowledge that my mistake was that I externalized a personal message in pubic and I'm awfully sorry for that...".
Tope Alabi also said that Adeyinka is like a daughter to her and as such, would never do anything to jeopardize her career.
