The jogoo road deaths of the three Charity, her son Allan and her lover Kelvin has finally been resolved as today the police have finished their investigations and handed over the bodies to the families.
Postmortem results from Chiromo indicated that they died by smothering.
Now the police have revealed that Charity's lover killed the two before committing suicide by inhaling carbon monoxide.
The man was found locked up in a one room of the gorvenment house with a jiko next to him while the bodies of the mother and son were found in another different room.
The three were found dead early this week by the father of Allan who had been informed by teachers that his son had not reported to school yet.
Back at home in Uasin Gishu where Charity and her late lover come from, Kelvin kipkoech was not known to be in a love relationship with charity as he was a seminarian studying to be a Catholic priest at st Thomas Aquinas Seminary Nairobi.
Kelvin was due for graduation this year having completed his eight year course and According to his parents, they were waiting for him to start working as a Catholic priest.
With the investigations complete, the parents now have liberty to organize for burial of the three.
Love related deaths have increased in the recent past in what observes blame on poor understanding of marriage and love among the young lovers.
