Deputy President William Ruto's presidential campaign gained a big boost as his newly created party, the United Democratic Alliances, accepted additional new leaders who allegedly defected from the Jubilee party and Ford Kenya.
The United Democratic Alliances has welcomed Members of the County Assembly and other officials from Trans-Nzoia County, according to Deputy President William Ruto's Facebook page. He said that some of the ruling Jubilee party's and Ford Kenya's leaders had deserted. Bethwel Mwambu (Mbakalo-Jubilee), Simiyu Wamusai (Siboti-Ford Kenya), and other leaders were among those present.
Ruto, who met these leaders at his official residence in Karen, stated that the United Democratic Alliances is becoming a formidable, people-centered, and issue-focused National party.
"We're working together to make the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) a powerful, people-centered, and issue-focused national political force. It will bring all Kenyans together, regardless of their backgrounds, and use the groundbreaking Bottom-Up Economic Model to revolutionize our country." Dp Ruto has been cited.
This comes only a few days after the Hustler Nation welcomed the Laikipia Women Representative Cate Waruguru, who defected from Jubilee.
