We all know the unfortunate event that befell Memuna. For those of us who may be wondering who this girl is, let's first of all, delve slightly into her past life.
Memuna Malik is a 30-year-old woman. She's a Ghanaian and a Muslim by birth. At age 29, she left Ghana for Saudi Arabia in search of a job. Unfortunately for her, a lady named Salomay mistakenly and impatiently poured acid into her face. What was her offense? The victim did nothing deserving of that. It was clear that Malik went to plait her hair at a friend's house. Sources indicated that while Rabi, Memuna's friend broke off to eat, they heard a knock on the door, Rabi told Malik to go open the door and check who was there.
Sadly, the moment she opened the door she claimed she couldn't see anything neither could she describe what happened. A lady called Salomay, Rabi's friend had poured acid into Malik's face. It became apparent the acid was meant for Rabi, not Malik.
Salomeay and Rabi had a little misunderstanding not long ago. Out of annoyance, Salomey wanted to teach Rabi a lesson. Malik was rushed to the hospital. However, her face was never recovered as the acid has changed her appearance completely.
Memuna Malik is currently receiving treatment at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra. Reports from GhanaGuardians revealed that the victim has undergone the first phase of plastic surgery at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.
According to the CEO of Crime Check Foundation, Mr. Ibrahim Oppong Kwateng, has given a detailed account on a transformational story about Memuna, adding that her flattened nose had been lifted. On his Facebook page, Mr. Ibrahim posted saying "We will update you when the next phase of her surgery takes place. Many thanks to all who contributed to the surgery. May Almighty God richly bless you all."
Now let's try to see if we can examine her photos. They are somewhat disturbing. Viewer discretion is advised.
