Another artist got admitted in hospital

This year 2021 has carried such difficulties, while the country is battling with Covid-19 and all these variants that has brought two waves this year, the entertainment industry continues to face a dark cloud.

This industry has lost so many celebrities this year as others passed away because of illness while others passed away after being involved in car accidents.

Oflate we have been reporting on celebrities who got admitted in hospital. Some of them were fighting for their lives after they contracted the pandemic Covid-19 while others they tested negative but were fighting for their lives too.

We have learnt that the award winning vocalist and music producer, Mondli Ngcobo, is in hospital fighting for his life in an undisclosed illness.

Mondli took to his social media platforms and made this announcement which saw some get well messages pouring in for him.

Fellow celebrities and his fans took to the comments section and wished him speedy recovery.

Although at this stage, it is not clear what he is suffering from, but it is not Covid-19.

Mondli posted a picture of himself in the hospital bed and stated that the situation got so bad to the extent that he had to be admitted in hospital.

Without giving much details, he wrote: "My beautiful place, some of you have been calling and not getting hold of me. I've been here at the hospital for four days now. It has been confirmed that I'm Covid-19 negative but they are running more tests. Keep safe this season. Let's keep each other in prayers as there are many RIPs flying around social medi. We have lost lot of brothers and sisters. Stay blessed."

Immediately after he made this post, his timeline got flooded with speedy recovery messages from his friends, colleagues and fans.

One of them was gospel star, Andile ka Majola who wrote:"Get well my big brother, holding you in my prayers. God is good and faithful to keep his word. Sekudlulile konke. We shall sing God's faithfulness."

Mafikizolo star Nhlanhla Nciza also commented and said :" Get well soon my brother. Keeping you in my prayers."

Musician, Nduduzo Makhathini wrote: "Get well bafo. I'll try to reach out to you soon. Sending love."
