Boni Khalwale has shown he is not burdened by the stress of delivering 70% Western Kenya votes to William Ruto. ANC and Ford Kenya reportedly entered into an agreement with William Ruto that they will trade 70% of Western Kenya votes with a 30% government share. Boni Khalwale has now posted a hilarious cartoon that seemingly mocks the agreement.
In the cartoon, Musalia Mudavadi is seen struggling to lift heavy weight labeled 70%. He looks at William Ruto who is walking by earnestly as if he wants to renegotiate the deal. Moses Wetangula and Cleophas Malala are also standing besides Musalia Mudavadi and are equally perplexed to see Ruto casually walking by.
What is funny in the cartoon is how Boni Khalwale is oblivious to the suffering of Musalia in lifting such heavy weight. He is being held by Ruto in what appears like father and son situation. Khalwale tells Musalia Mudavadi there should be no excuses for not delivering the 70%. True to the cartoon, Khalwale being a member of UDA has no obligation to bring any votes to Ruto.
