Hearts considered my age to sign me but Olympics came in for my experience sense

The situation of the young players has become paramount for the incumbent Hearts of Oak gaffer. With or without experience the players can put up a splendid performance if they go through the drills and tactics of the coach. The telepathy in the team's set up will increase with maximum strength and the agility to get a better work in the national team which is every coach and players target. The presence of the defender is not better that Caleb Amankwah who has played a competitive league and we are witness to that. The free agent player Lee Addy has been home clubless for a long time which makes us aware that his form might dip a little bit. In last year June, a viral social media video showed over 20 players outside the Ghanaian High Commission in Ethiopia calling on the government of Ghana for evacuation after allegedly failing to get help from the Ghanaian consulate in Addis Ababa. The group was led by former Berekum Chelsea defender Lee Addy, who represented Ghana at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

"Stranded Ghanaian footballers including national star Lee Addy have been airlifted home today, after an SOS message," Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Edwin Kurt Okraku posted on social media on Saturday. "In all, 18 players and 12 others arrived at their quarantine base for Mandatory 14-day exercise. Black Stars and former Red Star Belgrade defender Lee Addy has revealed that late South African President Nelson Mandela warned them about the possibility of biased officiating heading into Ghana’s World Cup 2010 quarter final match against Uruguay.

Luiz Suarez prevented a goal bound shot from Dominic Adiyiah which eventually culminated in Ghana’s exit at the quarter final stage after defeat via a penalty shootout. Reflecting on the world cup a decade after, Addy believes the rules were manipulated in favour of Uruguay. The former Ghana defender played in the club's friendly against Hope for the Future in midweek and was impressed by the display of his teammates. But the 30-year-old insists the team has a lot to do to play as a unit. "I can say Hearts of Oak has individual talents, quality players, just that it left with team work. I have watched them play Olympics and performed but they need to play as a unit," Addy told Oyerepa FM. He also disclosed that negotiations between him and Hearts of Oak are at advanced stages and could ink a deal in earnest. "It's about 70%-80% that am joining Hearts of Oak. We have not concluded yet but with the discussions, it's imminent," he told Oyerepa FM.

The player who wants to revive his career with Hearts of Oak has been failed due to the interest of the coach. The player has been waiting and loosing interest in the technical bench for not assessing him to use his experience to join the club and help them get to the better position they deserved on the league log. The frustrating moment that set him led the player to try his lack elsewhere at Great Olympics or his former club in the premier league Bechem United.Addy, who was part of Ghana’s 2010 World Cup and 2010 & 2012 Africa Cup of Nations squads, has also played in Lebanon, Serbia, China, Croatia and Zambia in a nomadic club career. “I am talking to three clubs Kotoko, Ashanti Gold and Hearts of Oak and we hope to come to a conclusion soon,” Addy told Max FM. “Hearts and Kotoko are like Barcelona and Real Madrid but I also respect AshGold very well, so any of them that gives me a good offer I will gladly accept. “I am a footballer and will take any offer which is good for me, it could be in Africa or Europe and I will embrace the offer.”
