Eguisi/Melon Seeds
Palm Oil
Salt and Seasoning Cubes to Taste
Pumpkin Leaves
Onions
Tomatoes
Crayfish
Method Of Preparation
Step One
Measure the quantity of Egusi Seeds you need on a clean bowl
Step 2
Pour the Egusi Seeds and crayfish to your blender then add water and blend into a smooth paste.

Blend your Fresh Tomatoes Pepper and Onions into a smooth paste and pour on a bowl
Step 4
Diced the onions into smaller pieces
Step 5
Wash the fresh meat with clean water
Step 6
Pour the meat into a pot them add some seasoning Cubes, and allow it to cook for 10 minutes

Place a pot on your gas or stove
Step 8
Pour some palm oil, sliced onions and stir together

Pour in your blended Tomatoes mixture and stir for two minutes before you pour your Egusi mixture and stir thoroughly

Gentle pour your parboil meat and cook for 15 minutes

Wash your sliced vegetables leave with clean water

Continue stir when add the sliced vegetables then leave to cook for one minute
