Uefa has released nominations for the Best Coach of the year in both Female and Make Categories, and 2 Chelsea Coaches, Emma Hayes (Women's team) and Thomas Tuchel ( Men's team) made the top three respectively
The Nominees for the Men's coach of the year award is as follows:
Joseph Guardiola of Manchester City
The Spanish Coach led his Premier League winning team to their first finals of the Uefa Champions League where they were beaten by Tuchel's Chelsea. He recorded other successes by winning the Premier League title and Carabao cup title in a season.
Roberto Mancini of Italy
Mancini was the coach of the Euro 2020 winning Italian team and was also behind the Italian team rise to victory as one of the best national teams in the world from failing to qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Thomas Tuchel (Chelsea)
Tuchel can be regarded as the best coach in England last season. The German Coach came into Stamford Bridge, replacing Lampard who left the team struggling for the top four qualifications. Tuchel changed the Chelsea tale as he led them to a top-four finish, the Uefa Champions League title (Chelsea's second in 9 years), an FA Cup final which they lost to Leicester City and recently the Uefa Super Cup title all after The 26th of January this year.

Lluis Cortes of Barcelona Women Team
Peter Gerhardsson of The Sweden Female Team and;
Emma Hayes of The Chelsea Women Team
