Accra Hearts of Oak midfielder, Manaf Umar has described the state he finds himself any time he wears the club’s jersey.

The diminutive midfielder has been a key cog in the Phobians set up for the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.

Manaf Umar fit into the scheme of things under coach Kosta Papic prior to his departure.

He was promoted into the senior side by former coach, Kim Grant from the club’s feeder side, Auroras.

Taking to his Twitter account, Manaf says he feels honoured any time he wears the Rainbow colours.

Hearts of Oak have not done badly in the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.

Their last game was however a last minute 1-0 defeat at the Len Clay Stadium to AshantiGold.

They have gathered 30 points from 19 matches and lie 4th on the league table.

Coach Samuel Boadu has a task of paying Inter Allies in their own coin at the Accra Sports Stadium on match-day 20.

The Phobians lost 1-0 to Inter Allies in the first round at the same venue.
