Manchester United will be playing their last Premier League match this Sunday against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux Stadium. They will also be preparing for the Europa League game against Villarreal, a match that will be at the end of the month.
According to ESPN, Ole Gunnar Solkjaer has confirmed that the captain Harry Maguire will be missing both matches through an injury that was sustained a few weeks ago. Also on the injury list is Fred, Anthony Martial and Scott McTominay.
However, during the inaugural ceremony of Sir Alex Ferguson documentary on Thursday, Harry Maguire was pictured without crutches or protective boots raising hopes of him at least being part of the squad but Solkjaer has said that is highly unlikely.
"He's walking but it's a long way from walking to running. To be honest, I don't think we'll see him in Gdansk but I'm going to give him until Tuesday night and the last training session to be out there,” he said in a pre-match press conference as quoted by the media house.
He also confirmed the same about the other trio.
