1. Mama Ngina Kenyatta.
Being the widow to Kenya's first president and mother to our current president is not the only feather in this matriarchs hat. Tabitha and her husband Joseph Karanja are the owners and founders of keroche breweries. It is the second largest alcoholic beverages company in kenya. Coming second to East African Breweries. In 2020 keroche breweries was valued at more than ksh 8.5 billion.
4. Jane Wangui Njuguna.
She is the wife of Equity group holdings managing director James Mwangi. She also co-owns Firimbi investment firm ltd. Making her wealthy in her own right. At equity Mrs Njuguna has 1.62% shares Wich are worth ksh 3 billion.
5. Leah Wanjiku Muguku
She is a former teacher who quit her job to manage her husband's poultry farm. She became the owner upon Nelson Muguku's death. The farm has grown into a multi billion enterprise, hatching 500, 000 chicks daily and supplying eggs to state house. Wanjiku Muguku also has a stake at Equity bank worth ksh 1.6 billion and the waterfront mall in Karen which is worth ksh 3 billion
