The MP also urged Koome to swear in the judges before the BBI appeal on High Court ruling is discharged. He also beseeched to lead the Judiciary the way David Maraga led it and to discharge their duties fairly without interference.
Currently, the BBI appeal is in the High Court of Appeal. The petition was applied by promoters of BBI including Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta.
