Robert Marawa Recalls The Last Time He Saw This Legend Who Recently Passed Away

Football and entertainment are intertwined and we've seen good relationships from both industries over decades. This is mainly because they live in the same areas and attend the same events, this makes it much more easier to meet. There are a lot of similarities between football and the show business as both industries pay loads of money and by default comes with a lot fame, however it can be dangerous when misused.

Robert Marawa is a veteran sportcaster and this means that he got the opportunity to get the best of both worlds. He has been around for over 2 decades and would've seen a lot of people come and go in football and entertainment. He is also a person who always gives respect when it's die to those who are talented and perform at the highest level in their craft.

Robert Marawa took to social media to share his thoughts following the passing of thr legendary Patrick Shai. The actor reportedly committed suicide at his home in Soweto. This comes after he was entangled in a social media storm over the past week after challenging Cassper Nyovest to a fight. Marawa shared that he last saw during a charity event back in October 2021 as he paid his respects.

Was always in awe of this man's talent....Got to spend time with him on the 12th October last year at an event in Mamelodi....I shot this vid of him motivating people that we had come to address.... Hard to believe....Rest in peace LEGEND!!!

Robert Marawa shared a clip of the late actor motivating the community of Mamelodi Sundowns and speaking against gender based violence. His NGO helped a lot of people and contributed to the fight against GBV, however it is sad to see how the last days of his life unfolded. Marawa shared that he had always been a fan of his talent and that he has was able to achieve during his career which spans across decades.
