Kenya power has dropped another crucial evening message to their customers living in the following parts of the country. In a statement released by KPLC, the crew has identified a fault that resulted from a punctured at Kileleshwa substation. Therefore repairs are underway. Customers have been urged to be patient.
Specifically, areas affected include: Kileleshwa, Lavington, Kawangware, Kangemi, Mzima springs and other adjacent customers. KPLC has apologised for any inconveniences caused by the power interruptions.
This comes after hours of power interruptions in few places, that was enlisted in the notice released by Kenya Power yesterday night, 26th March 2022.
In a statement released on its official social media platforms, 27th March 2022. The power interruptions was caused by a fault.
In summary the notice released reads as follows.
"Hi, our team has identified a fault that resulted a punctured cable at Kileleshwa substation. Repairs are underway. Affected areas are Kileleshwa, Lavington, Kawangware, Kangemi, Mzima springs and other adjacent customers." KPLC notice.
