A bruising political battle is unfolding in the country as 4 presidential candidates fight for the top seat. Kenya Kwanza leader William Ruto and Azimio leader Raila Odinga are considered the top contestants to succeed president Uhuru Kenyatta.
Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has reacted to what Azimio camp did during their rally in Homa Bay.
MP Junet Mohammed, while addressing residents, made Ruto's audio to the public. He attacked Kenya Kwanza allies for publicly confronting president Uhuru Kenyatta.
Murkomen now claims that President Uhuru has forgotten how Ruto helped him. He added that Junet should continue praying that audio.
" Bwana @JunetMohamed please keep playing that audio everywhere. Huyo mtu tulimsaidia sana. He has a way of forgetting. Your effort may help refresh his memory." Murkomen said.
Ruto's camp today rallied Meru county in a vote hunting mission. He was accompanied by his deputy Rigathi Gachagua, national assembly speaker Justin Muturi, Senators Mithika Linturi (Meru), Prof Kithure Kindiki (Tharaka Nithi).
