Liverpool returned to winning ways on Tuesday night, hammering Crystal Palace 4-0 at Anfield.
The Reds put behind the rustiness at Goodison Park as they cruised past the Eagles. Salah and Mane were on target with Fabino and Trent Alexander Arnold scoring stunners.
Liverpool needed just 23 minutes to take the lead, and once they had done that, there was no stopping them. Trent Alexander opened the scoring, curling a beautiful free kick over the wall and into the top corner leaving Wayne Hennessy in no man's land.
Liverpool led 2-0 at half time as Mohammed Salah struck before the break for his 17th league goal of the season.
There was no coming back for Crystal Palace after Fabinho added a third goal for the hosts. Fabinho's goal was a stunning strike from outside the area, having received a pass from Andy Robertson. Liverpool were in the mood and there was still time for more as Sadio Mane got in on the act.
An exquisite counter attack as Firmino found Mo Salah who slipped a first time pass into the path of Mane. The Senegalese took in his stride and sent a brilliant effort into the bottom corner.
Liverpool's win means that they could win the title on Thursday, if Man City drop points at Chelsea. The Reds have been very outstanding this season in the Premier League and are deserving of the crown. They have scored 102 goals in all competitions, with 70 of those coming in the Premier League, the Jurgen Klopp effect is being felt.
