"She Used a Lot Of English" Millie Odhiambo's English Confuses MP Sankok

Nominated Member of Parliament Honourable David Ole Sankok shocked his fellow MPs, after he raised a point that he was confused with Mbitha Member of Parliament Millie Odhiambo's English.

"Mr Speaker Sir, I am kindly asking the Honourables in the Parliament to use a simple and understandable Ianguage. My Sister from Mbitha, Millie Odhiambo is using a lot of English to an extend of getting nothing." Stated Sankok

Sankok represents the disabled people in the Parliament. And his concern about the usage of hard English, is actually coming after Government giving the qualification of person being elected for any Government Post.

According to the research from the Ministry of Education, most of the Ieaders who are elected, appointed or even nominated are illiterate. Education is very for leadership. For a Country to grow in terms of Economy, it needs Education.

And that is the reason why most leaders cannot plan for the money allocated to them by the National Government, because of Illiteracy.
