After weeks of speculations, Raila Odinga finally came out publicly infront of thousands of Kenyans to announce Martha Karua as his preferred running mate. That is a move that was received well not only in Kenya but also in the universe because the likes of Tanzania President Samia Suluhu, US vice president Kamala Harris among other top leaders congratulated Martha Karua.
Just a day after Martha Karua's big day, temperatures have been raised high by Wahome Thuku who came out publicly with worrying message about the safety of the Narc Kenya party leader. Through his official facebook account, Wahome Thuku told Karua to keep off from her campaign caravan and only use her car while campaigning.
According to Thuku, they don't trust the driver of the lorry and thus, Karua shouldn't risk boarding it or addressing the crowd while standing on it. Thuku maintained that if Karua feels that she doesn't want to use the sunroof of her car, then she may as well disembark completely to the ground.
