Raila Odinga have decided to remain silent pertaining 2022 elections since the famous 2018 handshake between him and president Uhuru Kenyatta who is also Jubilee party leader.
Many have tried to endorse him but "Baba's" mouth remains closed. Recently, Orange Democratic Movement members threatened to ditch handshake if Uhuru Kenyatta seemed not to endorse their party leader, but with a less than two hours, Raila managed to cool them down.
Edwin Sifuna even tried to publish Raila's name as one of those who at applied for the party's presidential ticket but was forced to say truth and withhold "Baba's" name.
There are claims that Odinga was planning to work with deputy president William Ruto but he has not confirmed the the romours. It's only Ruto who hints on working with him, saying they share same manifesto.
