Driven by motherly instincts, she quickly reported the matter to the Kagui police station. She was further directed to detectives who started tracking where Njeri could have gone.
Njeri called a neighbour on 6th, informed them that she was safe and switched off completely.DCI officers and the mother tracked a suspect called Peter Mwaura who was rumoured to have been seen with Njeri before her disappearance.
The man is reported to have quited his job on 6th.According to the report aired out by Kameme Tv, the attempts to get where the girl is have always ended in vain. The parents claim that their daughter wasn't showing any form of unbecoming behaviour before her disappearance.
