Iyabo Ojo, a Nollywood actress, has reacted to TAMPAN's decision to prohibit movie producers and directors from working with her.

TAMPAN, the Theater Arts and Motion Picture Practitioners Association of Nigeria, had threatened to kick her out of the industry if she didn't change her ways.

The leadership of TAMPAN, Nigeria's Theater Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association, has barred its members from working with Nkechi Sunday Blessing and Iyabo Ojo, threatening to drive them out of the industry.

Both actresses have used social media to openly condemn the actions of one of them, Baba Ijesha, who was accused of defiling comedienne Princess' foster daughter. Both actresses have had a falling out with some members of the association who openly condemned Baba Ijesha.

Despite the fact that Iyabo Ojo and Nkechi Blessing are not registered members of TAMPAN, veteran actor Prince Jide Kosoko said at a press conference on Sunday, June 27, that the association would not tolerate any form of disrespect from both actresses who tried to drag the association through the mud. Kosoko stated that the association is aware of Iyabo Ojo's derogatory statements directed at the association and the industry as a whole, and that the association will not tolerate any further insults.

Iyabo Ojo, in response to the move, posted an image declaring that she will not be silenced.
