let me break it down for you. If you are a daily consumer of meats especially red meats and foods full of fats like fast foods, then you are probably breaking alot of weighing scales because of the increased body weight. On the other hand if you tend to avoid such foods and eat high fiber foods, alot of vegetables and less processed foods then you definitely have a lean body.
