According to Goal, Barcelona has an agreement with Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta on a two year deal, the Spanish defender wants to move to La Liga this summer.
Barcelona are currently in talks with Chelsea to sign the veteran defender, Chelsea wants £13m before they let the Defender leave but Barcelona are ready to offer £10m. Negotiations are still on between the two clubs.
Cesar Azpilicueta has been at Chelsea and England since 2012 and he wants a new challenge that's why he wants to move to La Liga and join Barcelona. Meanwhile Barcelona have already signed four players this summer.
Barcelona signed Raphinha from Leeds united for €59m, Andreas Christensen was a free transfer, Franck Kessie was also a free transfer and Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich for €50m. They are also in talks with sevilla to sign French defender Jules Kounde but they are not willing to pay Sevilla asking price of €80m.
